RECS 2026 Peer Reviews

Review Deadline: Friday, December 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET

 

Thank you for participating in the RECS 2026 proposal review process. Please read the RECS 2026 Reviewer Instructions before starting your reviews. In addition, please view the reviewer training recording and slides, which also include helpful information for peer reviewers. 
 

Please complete at least one review by Tuesday, December 9 and at least half of your reviews by Tuesday, December 16. This will give us enough time to reassign proposals if needed so that all reviews are completed by the December 19 deadline.
 

All reviews must be fully submitted by Friday, December 19 at 11:59 p.m. It is extremely important that all reviews are received by this date so the RECS planning team has sufficient time to make decisions about acceptances. If you have concerns about meeting this date, please reach out to Liz Karberg (Elizabeth.Karberg@acf.hhs.gov) and Sarita Barton (Sarita.Barton@acf.hhs.gov) as soon as possible.

Note to federal reviewers who did not complete an online peer reviewer application: The RECS logistics team created an account for you when assigning your reviews, using your work email address. You should have received a separate email from RECS@air.org with your account password. If you cannot locate this email or need assistance, logging in, please contact RECS@air.org.

 

Note to all reviewers: If you're still logged in after a previous session, you can click My Review Assignments in the left-side menu under your name.

 

Log In to Your Account and Start Your Reviews:

  1. Enter your email address and password in the left-side login box.
     

  2. Click Login. You will be automatically directed to the Reviewer Portal. 
     

  3. If prompted, click Continue into Reviewer Portal.
     

  4. Your review assignments are listed at the bottom of the Reviewer Portal page.
